Took a little break from the new boat (yes already). I had to do some upgrading to my trailer so I could accommodate my new toys. So I dub this my Toy Hauler. I've still got a few more things left to finish. (1) I'm going to paint the whole trailer with Rustoleum Lacquer Semi Gloss...

Uh oh... the exterior glass is done... that means all you have left is the tape on the front/back stems and the inside seams... You might be ready to take this thing out for a test drive by next saturday :shock: :mrgreen:

I enjoyed building the Pirogue so much that I decided to tackle the Touring Pirogue TV. It seems everyone that has built and used it says it's the best boat yet.

Well, this fishing action isn't from a hand made boat. But my daughter was in on the action. My wife, 2 year old daughter and I camped (first time campers) at Fairview Riverside State Park (on the Tchefuncte River next to the Otis House Plantation). I fashioned my daughter a 3 foot long piece...

Yes, it did the same for me. Do you have inwales and outwales? I just counter sunk a screw into the meatiest part of the scarf joint and screwed it down with liberal amounts of glue and applied as many clamps as I could. Since I painted my outwales I ended up doing the best I could, sanded...

Don't sweat it... if you have plenty of clamps then you should be fine. :D
