Things are getting out of hand or the white house is panicking. This morning the news had on there that if you get something in a email from a friend about the health care program and don't like it to forward it to the white house at [email protected]. Can you say big brother is watching and our freedom is slowly being chipped away .... YES , Comrade it is your duty to report your friends to the government. ....NOT.

Then I went to http://politics.theatlantic.com/2009/08 ... usegov.php which is the other side of the story and there are a lot of unhappy folks on there.
The white house could just monitor them to get the real feeling in this country. :D

"O" well you can report this if you want but I'm sure they will find it.
Don't say no to the health care plan .... Just say ...... HELL NO. I sure don't want the gov deciding what health care I can get , they can't even run this nation.

I said I wouldn't talk politics on this site, but I'm sure you knew that was a baldfaced lie. :(

One word: Eugenics. That's the deal, plain and simple. Find out what it means. Find out how it worked out for humanity last time it raised its ugly head. Find out how eugenics pertains to black liberation theology. Then you'll know what He's about.

The rest of them, Barney Frank et al, are about smoke and mirrors. They're so surprised that they're not in prison (where even they know they belong) that they now think they can get away with anything. They say they're going to tax the rich on "our" behalf, but look at the picture of Steve Bing, Bill Clinton and Al Gore in the paper this morning. Do they looked scared? They got nuttin to fear, but we do.

(Chuck I'm figgerin you'll hose down my spot if I make too big a pile in your house. Sorry in advance if you ever have to. Sometimes I jus boil over, it seems. Prolly dementia or something really bad  ).

Yep... Leeh , I know what you said and forgot it right after I read it , one of the privileges of being an old fart.
Besides I figured you are like all the rest of us , hating to see everything we have worked for ( all our lives) and to archive being flushed down the crapper but a moron that has had everything handed to him.
Plus it helps to have an area where folks can sound off.

Jack.......
As normal .. you summed it up rather gracefully. :D

The way I see it they are ... NOW...going to start chipping away at the Amendments , one at a time , starting at the Amendment #1. ( Free Speech) not speech to make it political correct since the has been already implemented , now free speech against what the government wants to impose on us. Remember you can report your friends directly to the white house by using [email protected]
Guess which one comes next , especially with our new Supreme Court Justice.

In case you have forgotten the 1st 10 of them , The Bill Of Rights........
1. Freedom of Speech, Press, Religion and Petition
2. Right to keep and bear arms
3. Conditions for quarters of soldiers
4. Right of search and seizure regulated
5. Provisons concerning prosecution
6. Right to a speedy trial, witnesses, etc.
7. Right to a trial by jury
8. Excessive bail, cruel punishment
9. Rule of construction of Constitution
10. Rights of the States under Constitution

All good commie or socialistic countries have pix of their leaders "hanging" around.

"I only regret that I have but one life to lose for my country." -- Nathan Hale's last words before being hanged by British

"There! His Majesty can now read my name without glasses. And he can double the reward on my head!" -- John Hancock after signing his name in large letters on the Declaration of Independence

"Our properties within our own territories [should not] be taxed or regulated by any power on earth but our own." -- Thomas Jefferson, 1774

"I have not yet begun to fight!" -- John Paul Jones

"We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately." -- Benjamin Franklin at the signing of the Declaration of Independence

"They that can give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety." -- Ben Franklin, 1759

"The hour is fast approaching, on which the Honor and Success of this army, and the safety of our bleeding Country depend. Remember officers and Soldiers, that you are free men, fighting for the blessings of Liberty -- that slavery will be your portion, and that of your posterity, if you do not acquit yourselves like men." -- George Washington, 1776

This just in-- Just saw a piece on CNN about how research shows that each child born accounts for 400 metric tons ( or some un-Godly number) of CO2 in their lifetime. It wasn't exactly SAID, but the implication was clear enough-- the government will eventually tell you how many children you can have. I'm sure forced abortion could be part of that movement.

Of all threatened government programs, population control is the only one that could make sense. I would advocate incentives for fewer children, and disincentives for more. Forced abortion wasn't on my mind, neutering was.

saw something the other day on population and sustaining culture....don't remember it all but it went something like this

on average for a nation or culture to sustain itself, each couple has to average 2.11 kids. Growing cultures average more kids than that.

The anglo Americans and Europeans (French, English, etc) now average less than 2.

Others that are immigrating to the US and England and France average more than 2. It said that Muslims average 6.

It doesn't take a mathematical genius to figure the dominate world-wide cultures in three or four generations.

Heard this morning........"White House adviser Ezekiel Emmanuel wants to do away with the doctors Hippocratic Oath. The Hippocratic Oath is used by Doctors to extract more money from the system."
Well excuse me! Keeping mom alive for a few more years uses up too much money???!!! See where this health non-care bill is going?

Your so right Chuckles.....OUT OF HAND BIG TIME!

From what everyone is saying the bill is designed to cancel out certain medical steps as being to costly , like CAT Scans , high powered ( priced) cancer drugs. Everything is coming down to the mighty Buck which the government is tossing around like toilet paper for there use , not ours.

The majority of Americans have insurance it is the minority of illegals and who knows how many on welfare who doesn't and this bill will give that to them , or so I have been told.

There is some reason Canadians come down here for surgery , they don't want to wait 6 months to see a doc , 6 more months to see a specialist and then 6 more months to have the surgery done. YEP... average waiting for serious surgery 18 months from what the Canadians are telling us.

The part that gets me is that any treatment will be judged against your age as to the cost effectiveness of it. The older you are the less you are worth. Geezers are expendable , take one aspirin .....crawl over in that corner and .... DIE.

Thought of the Day............
If this plan is so good then why doesn't the pres , congress and the senate accept it for them????????

Man ... I know I'm on there hit list ... now.

Chuck.
PS. I might be safe it was email they wanted a person to rat on , not stuff in a forum , I might be safe.

Right. I'm thinking, right now, globally. Fewer people means less contamination, less use of resources, less heat generated, less food consumed, fewer houses needed, less wear and tear on all infrastructures, etc. etc.

Historically, humans have only one form of population control - war. Nature has three - pestilence, famine, and disease. We're no better than deer or rats when it comes to population control - we don't.

I have never in my life time ever witnessed a leader that called for strong arming his own citizens that are expressing a difference of opinion. Oh wait a minute, Sadamn did quieten a few but I would have never bet anyone in this country would have promoted and supported such silencing as we have witnessed in the last several speeches from our present leader.

DId you guys hear about the gentleman that was assaulted in St Louis and the senior attacked in I think Tampa by thugs working for the fondation thats funded by his leftover campaign money, IIRC?

How about these town hall meetings on the health care thing......... The dems are calling us trouble makers and all sorts of nasty names to let them stick there heads in the sand like a big , Stupid Bird , does when threaten.

I guess they are not smart and look at the polls that say the average person does not want it , as far as AARP , what can I say , they are backing there buddy , the CEO has connections either by race or something else. Politics creates strange bedfellows or large banking accounts.

From what the wife has told me , the pres has asked the dems not to have town hall meetings and if they do then to let the office know so some union members can come in and start a fight to make all of the rest of us look bad.

Ya better watch out for this Prez , he is devious , very devious and dangerous if he does not get his way.

I just feel sorry for my daughters and there kids , when the have some , since all this will roll down on them. Well one anyway since the other has seen the light and applied for a Canadian Citizenship and later Swiss.
