Your boat is beautiful mate! Congratulations of such a fine build.
Re the ultimate fishing machine, A lot depends on where and how you want to fish.
For my money, I think the Southwind 15 comes very close to that. But for my purposes, I would like to see it 3 or 4 inches narrower. I think how far you want to paddle to fish and in what conditions is at least as important as the fishability of the boat.

How many pvc clamps and dimensions for them I assume that it is schedule 40.This is where I am now.
