No need to be. . . just take it slow and easy and don't rush it. . . work your epoxy in small amounts. . . I'd recommend starting in the center and working out to the ends. . . You'll do fine. . . .

Tor, I tried something along the lines of what you're talking about a few years ago. . . It worked fine for the seat, but for the support legs, whatever you want to call them, it didn't work so well. Maybe, with some time and trial, you might be able to make it work. Me, I think, I would use...

Bellybuster, I don't think you will really have a problem as long as you're there to guide them along the way. Just have them take it slow and easy and encourage them as they go along. If they should get off line to the inside, heck, even a quarter inch shouldn't be too much of a problem...
