foil, banana (peeled), chocolate, pancake batter..... fold up foil and toss into coals.

Belly, what I was interested in was how the batter was used. I read that you sliced the banana and added chocolate along the inside. Do you wrap or enclose the banana in batter then, like a corndog?

We remove one section of the banana (lengthwise they have 3 sections), put chocolate in place of missing section, make a foil boat of sorts and put banana in. Drizzle batter over top and fold up pouch and toss in coals, we put coals over it too. Cooking time depends on hotness of coals but usually only 3 or 4 minutes at most
Yes I guess somewhat like a corn dog only yummier
