- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup walnuts
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup dried papaya pieces
- ½ cup pitted dried dates, chopped
- ½ cup hulled pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raisins
- Handful of flax seeds.
