Been wanting to build a pirogue but this is the closest I've gotten so far. lol . Out here on this platform, the only wood I can scrap up is pallet material and broom handles. I whittled out a canoe from a broom handle and a flatbottom boat from a piece of pallet wood. Made two small paddles for each. Gotta have something to do in my spare time. Hoping to have time to build my first pirogue in January or February. Been busy at home on my time off making paddles and woodburning projects. Maybe one day I'll get caught up on everything. Just thought I'd share since its been real quiet in here.
