Scored a cooler-full tonight

Heaven on earth: a friend arranged to get me a cooler full of FRESH GULF SHRIMP, fifty (50 !!!) pounds total. Wow.....I've just bagged them up with shaved ice in about 20 bags and found room in both freezers. Ya, boy........no room for venison this year.

TRR, bring your own fork. Oh , and some beer. You can sleep in my camper, it's pretty nice. Hey, maybe you can teach me something about shooting these new bows (and hitting what I'm aiming at). Do you want the shrimp fried, boild, etoufee', creole, scampi, stir fried......??

You know how to wash dishes, right?

coogs, oh man, you missed the rendezvous last January......we did 10 pounds of shrimp, 10 pounds of ribs, brisket, chicken and all the fixin's.........maybe we should do that again sometime.

I remember one time in Michigan the local grocery got in some fresh shrimp and we all lined up to buy them , in the shell, for TWENTY-FIVE CENTS EACH........and thought that was a pretty good deal. heh heh heh

A deceased shrimp had the last laugh. In dipping them out of the cooler I managed to get pronged by a shrimp nose and left part of it in my finger. This is Sunday AM and the swelling has started to go down . Still pretty sore. I played two gigs yesterday and was thinking of Shrimp every time I played a "C"........
