Outriggers?

Has anyone put outriggers on their pirogues?

Yes I have....I put them on right away. I have a son now 14 but back when I built the boat he was only 9. It kept it from easily tipping. In fact wouldn't/couldn't tip over at all!!

I built useing large boat floats from Walmart, PVC and clamps. About 25-30 bucks.
