Re: My Daughter's Boat: Deck Glassed

Got alittle more done. Everything is smoothed up and ready for tape on the deck/hull joint. Still have a couple of places on the orange to touch up and put the 3rd and final coat of epoxy on the exterior. Everything is dull from sandind but once it is varnished I think Hannah is going to really like it. She is already bugging me to death to take it for a test drive. :D I sure like this big open cockpit.

Well the boat has been in the barn for a few months due to surgery and too much work. I managed to get it out today and give it a good cleaning. I applied the first coat of varnish and it is looking good. Having to brush this boat as I have not had time to build my new shop.
