Thanks MIke. Thinking this might be my last strip build? I am getting to where I hate the sanding more and more.

I'm sure the greater majority of us feel the same way , sanding is profanity after you have done a little of it. BUT....Look at what it does for you and the beautiful boats everyone has to enjoy , either looking at them or actually owing them and paddling them.

All good things come about with a little work and if sanding can do that , I am for sanding.

Not saying I enjoy it , just the results from it.:D

I think on all our builds we sand til we say thats it good as it is going to get. One good thing about these boats every time you refinish one it get slicker.
Ron
Sure wish I had bought some stock in a sandpaper company before I started doing this.

You'll never make it as the Karate Kid!
Jack,
I will never make it as a professional either. Just an average Joe

I have disagree with you Swamp
I made the statement on here that we didnt build show boats , aimed at no one . Your boats have the capability to be in that class and are excellent builds.
I think if you keep building and improving you will be building show boats.
This is a compliment so dont take it wrong

Thanks for the compliments,
I build strictly for the challenge and as a hobby.
I would have to say this build was a push to make myself finish it. Although I was determined to make it look bettter than the others.
Hoping someone else likes it so much that they cannot live without it :?:
But it is time to move on to something different. Lapstrake
