My nephew from Calif. came in for Christmas. He made a cheese ball that was wonderful. Roy said that you could roll the cheese into small balls, wrap them up in sausage and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minuets to make some very good ABT's. to make the cheese balls you need.

1 pkg cream cheese
1 cup Chedder
2 Tbl. cilantro
1 clove garlic
2 Jalapenos
1 small onion
1-4 tsp. cayenne
1 Tbl. lemon juice
1 tsp. worstershire
6 slices bacon, cook crisp and crumble
1/2 cup pecans roasted with cayenne and wostersire

Saute onion and garlec.
Chop everything fine and thourghly mix and let it set in the refrigratoe overnight.
Roll in pecans.
Enjoy

Adjust ingreadents as desired. Old Yaker may want some chopped Habeneros in it. I would like to rry some with Crab, then shrimp, and then try some with crawfish in it.
