Piper San has a good idea there with the Boy Scouts etc. Hitch hiking on it, you could have at least two boats gong at a time. Say, you work enough on the first one so it is a "ready to assemble kit". Then, when the Scouts come in, train them to make one or two joints. Then, lay that set aside and proceed to assemble the "ready" boat.
You go ahead and finish teh "kit" started by the first group. The next set of kids then uses the "kit" that was partially assembled by the previous group. etc.
Kinda like the cooking shows assemble a casserole, and 15 seconds later it is coming out of the oven all steamy and done.
Boy Scout, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, geezer groups, etc. are the markets here.
