Home-brew sourkraut and Dill pickles

I thought there was sourkraut and sweetkraut. Bavarian kraut is pretty good too. I just like cabbage. Would probally like kim chi (or whatever) if I had guts enough to taste it.

All of us krauts are sweet; just ask your gals.

Kim Chee is just sauerkraut with some added garlic and hot peppers. Use moderation.
