Been too dang busy but managed to get the wife's new pirogue done just in time for the holiday weekend. Had a great camping, and canoeing trip and now it's time to start on Matt's 14' Iroquois.
BTW, for anyone wanting to use 5.2 mm Lauan you'dd better plan on fiberglassing the bottom inside and out. The wife nailed a rock dead center on the borrom and cracked the inside layer of plywood. So happy it didn't go all the way through. She felt real bad but I informed I was glad to have it happen now before I started on the Iroquois. Now I know.
Need help with posting pictures but they're ready.
