Which Ron are you talking to?
I have used a lot of epoxy to set hand rails and anchor bolt but most had a filler in it that turned the epoxy grey was added where it wouldn't shrink. as far as the gluing think it would be ok

Hello Ron, I was just wondering about using a left over cartidge to fillet some Joints. The iron workers waste so much of the stuff. I might just try some samples
