Emphasis on "SIT"

If you're gonna have SIT in kayak might as well have somewhere nice to sit.

Very good quality sheepskin seat cover. Fastened with good old cable ties :lol:
Fastened to: one of them stackable chair seats such as Ron uses.
The back of the seat was cut down, in height, by about three or four inches.
Piece of old carpet glued to the bottom to help prevent it sliding and damaging paint.
Thigh braces were shaped a bit to make a really snug fit when the seat goes in.
Waste not want not, I actually used the cutouts from the hatch holes for the braces.
It is a bit adjustable in that it can be moved forward or back with range of about six inches.
Once it has been sat upon it is very hard to move. Which is a good thing.
Does not mind getting wet. Looks reasonably neat... to say I did it :mrgreen:
It is as comfortable as it looks.

Looks nice, John. I've never seen a purple sheep before, must be an Aussie breed? Steel legs will make something useful for camp. Joey would make blow guns of them. Or, maybe a fife to accompany my didgeridoo. (I have a collapsible didgeridoo for camp - ask Ron. It's the only musical instrument that sounds more tortured than a bagpipe.)
