Carbon Fiber/Kevlar Greenland paddle

I compiled my posts from another forum into a writeup on using a carbon/kevlar sleeve to cover a GP. You can find the link below.

I used it at the pool last night and I really like how it feels. There is a certain traditional feel to a paddle that flexes, but the rock solid feel of the kevlar paddle seemed to require less effort to do the various braces and rolls. Although, that might have been my imagination.

Quite impressive work, Joel. You certainly are not afraid it tromp all over unplowed ground in search of a better way to do things. I tip my hat to you, my friend.

The paddle looks like a large snake in pattern; you could name it Monty, after Monty Python.

You need to put a light inside the shaft for Halloween. As for sanity, he posts on this forum, so there is no question of his sanity.
