Canoe slings

I had a bunch of messages saved with at least one picture and Javier said he knew all about them. Now that I want him to slap them together real quick, he's got no idea what I'm talking about.
Sigh.
Right now, the canoe is resting on 2 saw horses. Someone had some pvc and strapping sort of sling things, didn't they? Can someone point me to pictures or instructions on how to build?

I just use a baby folding change table.

Friend Kym,

Campmor ('n others) sells a strap system that will hold up ta three kayaks, but I never seen one fer canoes. I made a Rube Goldberg one canoe system fer my high ceilin' carport usin' two big hooks, rope 'n two pulleys. It wasn't eazy ta use, but me 'n eazy are strangers. :wink:

Do you want to store them on the side of a wall? Or, overhead hanging down from a ceiling. I'll provide some guidance on either one.

They work pretty good. Jack does have some good ideas also. I've been the recipient of his drawings and they helped me out. I can take some pictures tomorrow and post them.

Jack, That top rack is full now. Other boat was probably on top of the truck

Mick you were pretty close.Allot closer than most folks guess at it.
It is a Knysna Isthmus out of South Africa. Found it in the local classifieds for a song and picked it up. Not much practical use but it sure is fun!
