It's a long drive from Florida to Arkansas but my aging van made it there and back. Turn the odometer over the 180,000 miles bump and still purring.

Didn't get lost to many times

Phil Lea was the host at the event and had a modified Michalak Toon2
sailboat that he was almost finished building. He also had a CLC
Mill Creek 13 that was popular with the young paddlers.

There were two Bolger Gypsy sailboats and two other row boats.

Duckworks should get at least a report or two also.

It iz a mitey fine lookin' lake. I like the mountains beside it. I kept meanin' ta pull over in Russellville, find a boat dealer 'n buy some 303 aerospace juice, but wuz jest too wore out. The I-40 exit jest before (east of) the one ta the park iz the Highway 7 exit where ya go south ta Feltner's Whattaburger 'er north ta Jasper and the Upper Buffalo River.

How bout that $2.44 gas!

Resolve not to be poor: whatever you have, spend less. Poverty is a great enemy to human happiness; it certainly destroys liberty, and it makes some virtues impracticable, and others extremely difficult. Samuel Johnson
