Mike; Forget about trying to sand down all those epoxy runs. Go down to a hardware store and in the paint section, pick up a CARBIDE paint scraper. I like the Warner brand that ACE hardware carries. The 803 with a 2 inch blade will work wonders on those runs. It will shave down those drips...
