I'll have to look up a copy of that one. I do have a copy of How to Build a Tin Canoe which is also a lot of short articles. My copy, I bought used, but in like new condition, and it was signed by Robb. A few of his stories are on his website. http://www.robbwhite.com/
There are many different row boat plans available. What type of construction do you want to use? Stitch and glue plywood, wood strip, lapstrake? Matt has his 12'6" McInnis Bateau at http://www.duckworksbbs.com/plans/matt/mcinnis/index.htm. Many others here...

Personally, I agree with Steve. Wood flour is cheap, easy to get and would sand easier.
As Matt has said, you could add some braces under where the tumblehome panel rests on the racks. I have never felt the need to do that on my Touring Pirogue-T. That panel is very strong as it is.
My Touring-T, I can lean over until the tumblehome panel just touches the water surface and it seems to firm up somewhat at that point. It probably wouldn't take much to turn it over from there, but I can hold it at that point.
I already had a copy of that saved on my computer. Another interesting publication on the Corps of Engineers site is this one of Historic Names and Places on the Lower Mississippi River. http://www.mvn.usace.army.mil/PAO/history/MRnames/MissRiverNames.htm
I've never paddled the TV, but my Touring T is a nice boat. I am sure that the TV would track better, but the T does good with a double paddle and will turn around very easy when you want it to. It will glide for quite a ways when you stop paddling, but will usually end up turning to one side or...

Now Jack, you know that that just aint right.
If they had left out the parts about trying to help out the planet and had pledged to support ex-governor Palin instead of a democrat it would have been fine. And not flipping people the bird is really going too far, next thing they will be asking...
If the sides ran in a straight line from the first jig to the bow, then the angle could be calculated by the length of the sides and the distance across the jig.
See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triangle#Computing_the_sides_and_angles
If I am figuring correctly, if the sides ran straight from...
