Start with good , fresh green jalapeno peppers. Slice each one in half, end to end. Fill with a cream-cheese/shredded cheddar mixture. Bury a little Smoky Link in each one, wrap a slice of bacon around to hold it in, and stabilize it with a toothpick.
Stick these on the grill till the pepper is scorched, the cheese is hot and the bacon looks fairly done.
Tell everyone else they are over cooked. Eat them all yourself.
