Pressure Cooking

I was raised using a pressure cooker and have three of them right now. We have canned, and made all sorts of great food, quickly and easily. Lots of things can be cooked with minimal energy and turn out as iff they have been cooked all day.

Do you have pressure cooker recipes you want to share? Or recollections of the cooker hissing along on the stove when you were a kid?

I thought pressure cooking was when Chuckles better half walks threw the door after a long day at work and Chuckles is under pressure to get her dinner ready after him screwing off all day?

I will have you know ... I am busy all the live long day ...... at what I'm not sure but it is something of importance what ever the hell it is.

Yes.... I have the beloved pressure cooker that my Mother had and created a lot of good meals with , it is an antique like me but both of us still produce , unlike some folks I know.

One ( the younger one) a lot of wisdom and the other ( the cooker) good meals.

I don't know anything about that pressure cooking. Mom was afriad of them. She wouldn't go near Dads smoke shed either though.
