Paprika-Pepper Salad Dressing and Marinade Mix
6 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons citric acid powder(optional, I don't use it, the vinegar is sour enough!!!
)
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons ground paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons parsley
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon tumeric
Combine the 3 Tablespoons with 1/4 cup vinegar, 3 Tablespoons water, and 1/2 cup oil. Chill. Makes about 1 cup.
For a reduced oil version, use 1/4 cup vinegar, 3 Tablespoons water, an additional 1/4 cup water, and 1/4 cup of oil.
