Painting bottom, how many coats?

Hello all,
I've epoxied the boat inside and out of a pirogue and put two coats of paint inside and out. I'm wondering if I should put a third and/or fourth coat on the bottom or perhaps just mask off a portion of the bottom bow and stern where it rubs most getting in and out. Any advice? I used Easy Poxy paint, it seems like it is good enough but I want to make sure.

If I am not mistaken, Easy Poxy requires only 2 coats. I know Interlux calls for 2 and a primer.
If it is well covered I would say that more would not protect it any better.
