Burrum Heads, in January

Hi guys, Robin & I had a paddle at Burrum Heads yesterday. it was her first paddle in about 8 months so it was kid of special for her.

We put in on the south bank at burrum heads township.

Paddled across the river to the North Shore,

Stop & swim on a sand bank on the way

Why would Maureen O'Hara run around with that Olde Farte?

Hat lunch at Walkers Point. (north bank)

Then paddled down stream to the river mouth.

Afternoon tea and another swim. this one is looking back south towards Burrum Heads.

All in all a brilliant little paddle and day out. We will be doing it again soon

Looks like two real good friends had a good time together. Good for you two! And - I even saw a picture of Nessie sticking her head up there in one shot!
