I agree with your definition, Mike. Curved up to a square bow, straight, or slightly raked in the stern and a flat bottom. The sides flare a bit, but not too much.

I can't help you with that, but be sure to get rid of any gray or black tissues. If you leave the grey and black, it will have a strong fishy flavor. Cleaned really well, the catfish is darned good!

Depends - the lazy house cat will be better fed and therefore fatter (greasy!). Whereas the lion, who has to work for a living, will be leaner and more heart healthy. :roll:

I don't know of anyone who eats Mullet. They are bait fish here. Texas Parks and Wildlife tells me why:
