I quit hiding them a few years ago. Grandkids no longer wanted to spend the time in the hunt and after they went home, Grandpa couldn't find the rest. Hope y'all had a Happy Easter.

My wife has a plaque that says "Grandkids are God's reward for not killing your kids". Most of whatever money might be left over when my wife and I head out on that 'great canoe trip in the hereafter' will go to the grandkids. :mrgreen:

It's been 2 weeks today. Recovery is not as rapid as I had hoped but I've been able tolerate the residual pain without taking as many pain killers as allowed. I do tire out sooner than I like and I do nap a lot. Sadly, there will be no skiing :( this year but the surgeon thinks I'll be able...

Remember Chuck ...to err is human, to really muck up the works actually requires an adult. We don't want that to happen, do we? Now on to the 'and such' I sincerely hope everyone has a Blessed Christmas and prosperous new year.

My throat has been slit and sewn back up. Last night was long and painful but now I'm home.

I've been having upper back and shoulder pain since mid August and after several attempts with chiropractic (and at DC's suggestion) went to a neurosurgeon. I have a deteriorating cervical disc causing all the problems, so Monday 5:30am I will be at the hospital for surgery. They actually go...
