    15 MPH Tomato

I realize this is a rehash of this older post but I had to get my 2 cents in. The way they warehouse ripen tomatos these days is to back up the diesel trucks to the warehouse doors, run a pipe from the exhaust under the door, and close the doors. In 15-20 minutes you have red tomatos..... uhm...

What knife do you carry on or with you?

In the field, or mowing the yard I always carry at minimum a old imperial scharade sharpfinger. If I am going to be gone in a more rugged setting, am hunting anything more than squirrel, or camping I carry a classic USMC Kabar. If I am going to be in the water alot, and I know that I am going...

    Jaeger schnitzel

*shudder* Ketchup is what we add to the mild chili when it's still too spicy for the little kids...... Currently my two add-on sauces of choice are siriachi (the chinese stuff) and Tapatio. I gave up on the Tabasco and Louisiana red hot when it got to be more vinegar flavor than pepper...

Get a pork loin and cut it in 3/4 inch slices. Take each cutlet and trim it down lean. Pound it out with a meat tenderizer. Dip it in all purpose flour( little salt, black pepper, and cayenne in the flour) , then in egg, then in breadcrumbs. Fry in a skillet with about 1 1/12 inches of hot...
