    I promised sheetsrep I'd post a how to on cleaning shark and some recipes this weekend. So, here goes. 1st off, shark has to be cleaned right away. If you don't drain the blood right away, the urea just deteriorates into ammonia leaving you with meat that has a pungent odor and a dry taste...
