The videos work fine for me. I passed by there a couple of years ago. I saw a pair of Fulvous Tree Ducks just to the left of your second picture. The only ones that I have ever seen. I had to look them up in my field guide to find out what they were.

You are right about that. I have a Colt Targetsman which is a Woodsman clone. You learn that lesson fast.

Most cement is heavier than water. Water inside boots isn't heavier than the water outside of them.

Now can someone explain to me why one shape would be better upstream and another downstream. Seems to me that only hull speed in relation to water and air speed would matter. Going up or down stream would affect speed in relation to the shore, but I don't see why that matters.
