I made a pattern of my truck boat. To check the accuracy of the pattern, I cut out some cheap plywood and glued the sides and floor together. Even though things were not perfect I decided to complete the boat.

If I had to name this boat it would be "Miss Takes". Happy to be thru building and it turned out as well as it did. I think painting a pair of old seats to go with it helped the looks.

Thanks guys. I never intended to build this boat but since I had it started, why not? Cheap wood , mistakes and poor planning made it a challenging build.
All boats look better in the water and I was pleased it floated.

New owners took it for the maiden voyage and even managed to properly slim it.
